2 pounds of uncooked jumbo shrimp

2 tsp honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
3-5 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp lime juice
Directions for Honey Garlic Shrimp Scampi Recipe
To make the marinade: In a deep bowl, mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2-3 cloves garlic, honey, and lime juice. Add in the shrimp and let sit 10-15 minutes.
Heat Sauté pan on high heat. Once pan is fully heated, turn down to medium-high. Add in butter until fully melted and slightly foaming. Add in remainder of garlic.
When the garlic slightly starts to brown, add in the shrimp. Then, top with 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Fry until a pinkish color, making sure to flip occasionally. Add herbs as desired. Once fully cooked, quickly remove the shrimp from the pan to keep them as succulent as possible.
