National Cheesecake Day

Everybody knows that when it comes to meat we never disappoint, but you can’t forget about our delicious desserts, nor would you want to. We recently had an office taste testing, and in honor of National Cheesecake Day we decided to highlight what our staff loves about Stock Yards cheesecakes.

“The White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl was a great mix of sweetness and tart” –Alex Mariscal

“The Pecan Turtle was delicious! It had great flavor and I loved the surprise of nuts in a cheesecake” –Joan Infusino

“I love the Cappuccino because the cappuccino flavor slightly overpowers the sharp taste of cheesecake, making it great for people who don’t normally choose cheesecake as their choice of dessert” –Bill Pozdoll

“I’m a huge cheesecake fan so obviously I took a huge slice of the Carnegie Deli Cheesecake. It’s classic and creamy with a great crust” –Erica Hennes

“When I eat a Cheesecake Single I feel like a princess having my own individual cake!” –Mandy Taylor

“Even though I really like cheesecake I can’t help but choose the Lava Cakes as my favorite. It’s a chocolate lovers dream!” –Sarah Kunzer

Next time you’re making a purchase don’t forget to add one of our delicious desserts! Whether it’s the Cheesecake Samplers for an intimate get together, the Cheesecake Singles for a romantic dinner for two, the Carnegie Cheesecake for a large party, or the Lava Cakes for a fun dessert everyone will love. There is always room for dessert!
